Happy Sunday My Friends,
I hope you've had or are having a relaxing weekend. Most of us will have to get back on the grind tomorrow. I love my scrapping weekends. It calms me down from the busy week that I've had and I get soooo much done.
Anyhew, Papertrey Ink (PTI) is having their September Blog Hop Challenge and it's a "Inspirational Photo" challenge. Here is the photo and my take on it. Hope you like.
I love the colorfulness of this card and I did masking for the first time with some PTI clouds after die cutting them. I even masked the little mountain at the bottom. I'm sooo proud of myself for trying this my first time. I then carefully colored each Hot Air Ballon one by one in with my markers. Since I love playing with my inks, I know I'll be doing this technique again.
Recipe:
Paper: PTI (Stampers Select White card base-A2)
Tools: PTI (Clouds & Up, Up, & Away Dies) & Up Up & Away Stamp Set, Perfect Pearls (on blue sky), Distress Broken China, MS Craft Chalk Ink, EK Punch (Labels), Memento (tuxedo black), Shapie UF Markers, Marvy Uchida Markers.
I am also entering this into:
Celebrate the Occasion - Birthday (must use balloons). I hope my twist of using Hot Air Ballons count. (lol).

Wild and Fabulous Blog Hop w/Inking It Up Crazy
Hello My Friends,
Happy Saturday. Welcome to "Scrapper in the Making" and the WILD AND FABULOUS Blog Hop!!! Today we are sharing some Super Fun and Super Girly projects with you!
If you've come from visiting Ana Maria @ Shorty Creations, you're on the right track. Thanks for hopping along!! If you're just visiting and would like to start from the beginning you want to go to http://www.inkingitupcrazy.blo gspot.com [Inking It Up Crazy]. Make sure you check out each blog for some Great Ideas and some sweet blog candy.
For my Wild and Fabulous project I have created this Altered Composition book for my step-daughter. Previously in another post I showed another altered composition book I did for her and now her list of requests has gotton longer. She reads a lot and one day made a statement when she could find anything interesting to read, that she would write her own book. I figured I'd give her a start in writing down her thoughts in this Wild & Fabulous Journal.

Thanks for stopping by today. If you are new here WELCOME if you're a long time follower...Welcome Back. It's MAG Time again. This week we were asked to use the "Doodlecharms" pg. 105.
Please remember for MAG Challenge you cannot use any other Cricut cartridge, page or cut from another cartridge (even if it is in your stash), only cuts from the specified page. However, you are free to use all the embellishments and treasures from your stash!!!
I decided to use the "charm" feature of the page and make a Gift Tag. My god-daughter's baby shower will be coming up soon and the more baby crafts I get done now the better. Of course you couldn't have a cute teddy bear without using those Awesome PKS Everyday Character faces. Head on over to MAG to see what the rest of the DT has created for you. After you've been inspired join in on the fun with us. Can't wait to see what you create.Wow, 3 months has gone so fast! We are having a Design Team Call!! Happy Anniversary - Wacky Wenesday Challenge #51
Hi My Friends,
I can't believe I almost missed this. It just dawned on me what day it was. Has this ever happened to you...lol. Well I won't waste time yabbing. My girl Paula at More Than Favors is hosting her weekly Wacky Wednesday Challenges. This week it is to create an "Anniversary Themed Project". Here is my card for any couple having their Anniversary. Mine is coming up in October (7-Beautiful, Learning & Growing Years). I know it looks a little rough around the edges, but aren't all couples a little that way too...(lol). Let's just go with it being a symbolic Anniversary Card. After all... "There are no mistakes in crafting, just opportunities to be more creative". **sn: (that's my story and I'm stickin' to it)

Inking It Up Crazy - "Least Used Cartridge"
Hello there Friends,
Yes, I've been A Busy Bee (but that's someone else's blog, not mine...lol). It's Design Team Day again with Inking It Up Crazy. Today we are using our "Least Used Cartridge". I know we have many of those. At least I know I do, but I know eventually I'll get around to using all of them at some point even if it's only once. One of my least used cartridges is Stretch Your Imagination. I got this last year when there was a sale on them for $9.99 at Michael's I believe. I figure now is a good time as any to see what this cart is all about. I will definitely be using this one again. Here's my card showing some of my favorite Fall Colors and a tribute to myself for my Birthday Month celebration.
Head on over to "Inking It Up Crazy" and check out what my fellow DT members have come up with. You're sure to be inspired. Why don't you join in with us, dust off that cart and give it some use. Smooches...
This project is also being entered into the following Challenge(s):
Celebrate The Occasion - Anything Goes Birthday - Tall Card, (must have a present)

CDAC - Progressive Challenge Entry 1 of 3
Hi There My Friends,
It's ME again! Wow 3 posts in 1 day. Am I on a roll or what...lol. I learned of this new site a while ago, but just got around to entering their challenges. This is certainly a stamp blog for Digi scrappers. I'm new to the arena and don't have all the fancy tools like everyone else may have. I'm pacing myself because I want to make sure I'm completely in love before taking the plunge of getting copics, blender pens, refills...etc. Like I need another reason for spending money. I do it BIG or not at all when it comes to my scrapping tools and interest. I just wish my pockets were bigger to afford my insane compulsion...don't we all (lol). Anyhew, the challenge over at Crafter's Digital Art Center-CDAC is "Back to School" theme. Being that it is a progressive challenge, the more you enter the more free digis you get to continue with the challenges. The Grand Prize is a set of Copic Markers. This would be a Super Duper Gift for my Birthday Month celebration if I win. This way I can try without having to buy. There were quite a few images we could use on this challenge, but only one entry is required. You can enter up to 3 digi projects of your choice from the digis given. I did my coloring with colored pencils and some Ultra Fine Bic Markers that I found in some amazing colors.

My First Market Street Stamps - Paint The Town Color Challenge
Hello My Friends,
I was a busy bee last night as I could not sleep. So what's a crafter to do in such cases... CRAFT! (lol). Anyhew, I finally was able to get my first purchase of some Market Street Stamps when they had their Aug specials. Don't we all love a good sale (online or in the store). Over at Market Street Stamps, the challenge going on there for September this week is: Paint The Town Color Challenge. You must use a Market Street Stamp in your project. Here's my first of many entries with them now that I have my hands on some of their Wonderful, Beautiful Stamps. I Love Me some Fall Colors so this was right up my alley. Hopefully you can join in on the challenges too. Leave me some Love and let me know what you think.

Progressive Challenge w/D2D - Autumn Harvest
Hi My Friends,
This week over at Designed 2 Delight, there is a progressive challenge this week called "Autumn Harvest". Here is my entry for that challenge. This is a really good challenge site if you want to get into coloring digi images. The more you enter, the more free digis you get with each weekly entry you do. I used some stamps from my stash to create a fall background around the pumpkins. I also used the popped up pumpkin and leaves from D2Ds store. (same digi, just two different backgrounds pics)

CCCC & Wacky Wednesday come together...
Heeeey There My Friends,
I Did It! I got one more post in before calling it a night. That should be some type of record or something. I have an early morning tomorrow that's going to require a long drive and a long, long waiting time. I hate those kinds of appointments. I hope this doesn't take up most of my day, but at least I know I was able to get some crafting in to make up for it...lol. This week Meriah over at Tattered Time is hosting this week's CCCC (she and Paula w/More Than Favors alternate weeks). The cartridge chosen for this week was "Gypsy Wanderings", well it's actually not a physical cartridge, but for those of you that own the Gypsy this was one of the pre-installed carts that came with it. Since it may be hard for you to find. I'll point out the cut I did from Gypsy Wandering. It's the "bling shoe"; yep that's right, only 1 cut. That's it...well truth be told, I had cut out the pair, but some where in my craft area one of the shoes got missing and I looked and looked and could not find it anywhere. I hate when that happens. **sn: (it could also be due to the huge mess on my desk from all the crafting I've been doing)**. Anyhew I refused to set up the machine again for cutting out just one shoe so... I Improvised. Hence, the other mini punch shoes instead. This however worked in my favor because Paula at More Than Favors has a weekly Wacky Wednesday Challenge which this week is a Sketch Challenge (see below). It must have been part of that other shoe's plan to help me maximize on my crafting. I'm still a little perturbed I can't find it, but oh well my project is finished now. Take it or Leave It! Go on over and check out these Fabulous Ladies Blog's and join in on the challenges. They are sooo much Fun!

My First Disney Card...
Hi Friends,
Yes, It's Me Again. Can You Believe IT!! That's 3 posts in one day. Who knows I may just have another. Guess you can tell I've been busy in my craft corner this weekend. Well when your mojo gets going, get going with your mojo and just let it flow. I finally broke down and decided to use one of my many Disney carts. I haven't used it since I purchased it 2 years ago. I truly am a Disney Nut, but you'd never know it from any cricut projects that I've done. I guess I've been afraid of having to glue down too many pieces and/or not getting it to cut out at the size I needed so the layers wouldn't be too small. In any case, no more excuses. After my first cut, I can assure you I know that Disney cuts will return on my post as often as I can. My tip; make sure your cuts are at least 3.25" or larger so you won't get frustrated with those tiny and many layered pieces. This week over at Celebrate the Occasion it is a celebration to "Grand Parent's Day". I knew I wanted to use my Mickey & Friends cart for this one as a dedication from my daughter to her grandparents (my Mom & Dad). They just absolutely Love her to pieces.

Altered Composition Notebook
Hello Friends,
I have a lot of posts today, so make sure to check back here often. Don't forget about my "MEGA MONDAY BIRTHDAY GIVEAWAY" [click here for more info]. By now all children should be somewhat adjusted with being back in school. The routines around the house are getting back on track and everyone is settling into a new normal. I created this project of an Altered Composition Book for my step-daughter who's in high school. I wanted to surprise her with and she Loved It! Now, she's putting in requests for others that she wants done. Of course I would be happy to do more for her. This Composition Book is being entered into My Pink Stamper's Blog Hop Challenge - "School Theme Project" (cannot be a card or layout). Also this was a perfect fit for Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog (FCCB) - "Back to School" (use ABCs and/or 123s on your project).

It's Design Team Day @ "Inking It Up Crazy"
Hello Friends,
It's Design Team Day over at "Inking It Up Crazy". We were asked to do a "Home Decor" project. I must admit that I had a little struggle with this one. I knew what I wanted to do in my head, but when it came to execution, well... let's just say I had "Designer's Block". I was stuck, stumped, stiff... I knew it needed something else but I couldn't figure out what. Luckily with the help and inspiration of others and sleeping on it over night. I got up with an Ahh Haaa moment. We've all had these I'm sure. Anyhew what you see below is my much better designed "Home Decor" project. I won't dare show you my before and after pictures that would awful. I might even loose a follower or two if I did...lol. I do know now that I need to do more crafting Home Decor projects... for some reason I've lost a little mojo in that area. I created this project for our family home. I love the Fall Season and all the colors it has to offer. I love decorating our house in those colors too. It makes everything feel nice & cozy. The project is going to be our Family Frame Picture. I'm going to frame it and put it on the wall with our Family Wall Photos. It will blend nicely because there are different colored frames on the wall that all blend with this "Family Frame". I absolutely LOVE IT! and I hope you do too.
The inspiration behind this idea came from a very talented lady in her own right, that I'm sure most of you all know. Tammy Skinner over at "Creative Crittersz". Check out her video on the Home Decor project she did. Don't forget to Check Out the Design Team over at Inking It Up Crazy to see what the rest of they came up with. You're sure to be impressed. Don't forget to leave them some Love Comments. Enjoy your day. Smooches...

Time To Get CANDY
Hi There Friends,
OK, DH Birthday is officially over, but he's still enjoying a long relaxing weekend at home with us. Might do a little grilling tomorrow, we'll see. I know Halloween is coming up and I've been seeing some cute, cute projects out there. I've never really been too much into Halloween, except for the candy, but I love seeing the little kids all dressed up. Since being a first time Mom, I've enjoyed each moment of dressing up my little 2yr old. I already had her outfit for this year two months ago. This is the only time that I really allow myself to go all out with sweets. **sn: (buying the candies I like of course, this way what ever is left I/we get to enjoy...lol) ** I don't let my daughter indulge very often, but she gets a taste every once in a while. Anyhew, this brings me to the intro of my next project. Emma over at My Creative Time challenged us for her "Throwback Thursday" this past week to create a project using the colors: Purple, Orange, Black & Green. The other twist to this was that we could not use our Cricut machine; hence a Cricutless Challenge. Well thankfully for me I have some of her Wonderful, Awesome Dies from her latest release. In addition to her twist, I also put a twist on using her dies (see pics below). I soooo Love, Love, Love how this came out. I know I'm going to be making more of these for my niece and nephews. This was such a fun challenge; Cricut or not. Hope you're feeling better Emma...
On another note, my girl Paula over at More Than Favors for her Wacky Wednesday #49 challenges has asked us to create a "Halloween Project". Right now Paula hasn't been back to herself 100% because of a recent surgery. She's getting better each day and I wish her a healthy recovery. Stop by her blog, join in on the Fun and leave her some Get Well Love Comments. Hope you're healing and getting better Paula...
