I'm so grateful to gain the followers I have and welcome with open arms all the new followers too. I hope you stay around for the long haul of things even after this Celebration of Giveaways. I'm still amazed and enjoying this journey. Remember Day-1 is still open for you to spread the word and let me know who sent you. That will be remain open until 7/10 - 7/16. So Get the Word Out!
Day 2 - Giveaway:
I am such a "Stamp-Aholic"! I know I'm not alone, but I have a very hard time knowing how to best store them. I have some in Binders, CD Cases and still on Blocks or in the Clear Packaging. Heeelllpp! I know there has got to be an easier more compact/organized solution. These rubber stamps are definitely the hardest to store, I definitely prefer the unmounted and acrylic by far. Please share with me "How Do You Store Your Stamps?" Feel free to add your link info below showing a picture, video or let me know in your comment. I am re-organizing my craft space thanks to DH providing more room for me in our shared office space. I need some functional tips so that I get ample use out of my stamps that I have. One winner chosen by random.org will win the blog candy below.

  2. Can't send a photo, not at home, caring for an ill parent. But I store mine in a three ring notebook with zippered pockets (my flat acrylic) and I store my wood mounts in a large 3 (clear) drawer rolling bin that I can take with me anywhere in the room or I can just grab a drawer and take with. I am anxious to see what everybody else does... this was a great idea! Thanks for another chance at a great giveaway again!!!

  3. Shoot.. I can't take a picture of my stamps because we are in the middle of selling our house and I had to pack all of my supplies and put them away. Talk about going through withdrawl. The only time in my life I have ever gone through any type of withdrawl..lol. Anyhow, this is what I plan to do when our new house is built. For my wood mount stamps I am going to take long strips of wood with a little grove in them and mount them on the wall in rows.
That way I will be able to see every wood mounted stamp that I have and they will be out of the way. For my TONS of acrylic stamps..right now they are in rolling bins and I have a few BIG rolling bins stuffed full of stamps (I am a stamp aholic..lol) I am going to purches those round acrylic stamp storage units that you hang with clips. I will have to probably buy 10 or 12 and I am thinking really low. That is how many stamps I have. Storing your stamps is certainly a challange and this was a great idea to get great minds sharing ideas on how to deal with this issue. Thanks for the chance to win. I will post this to my blog later as I have a doctors appointment at 10 am and it is 39 minutes away. SO I have to go get ready. Have a great day!! Terri of Two Pink Peas

P.S. I LOVE Crazy 4 Christ idea using the shoe rack as the spinning racks I am talking about are about $50 each. I might have to look at how they did that and use that idea instead!! Pendra stores her stamps like I do! Love ya Pendra!!

  4. I made a wooden rack for my wall for my rubber stamps. It holds a couple hundred stamps. (love this because I can always see each one)
For my clear stamps I have a peg board on a different wall, with long pegs that I hang them from in their original wrappers.
For my boxed sets of Stampin Up, I have a small bookcase that I keep the sets in. However, out of site is out of mind.

  7. I keep my wood stamps in a rack my dad built for my wall. For my clear stamps, I keep them in 6x6 scrapbook albums. I keep them on the plastic and just slide them into the sleeves. I have my book organized by Tim Holtz, sentiments, and all other stamps. I can just flip through the pages when I need to find a stamp.

  9. I have them in CD cases, I think it has saved me so much space. And the wood ones, I just bought the EZ mounting foam, peeled them off from the wood, and added some of the foam and they are now in a CD case as well. I just put a paper outside with all the stamps I have inside the CD case and where they came from, so when I do my videos I make sure I tell my viewers where to find it =0)
......Can I win this one too, pretty please with a cherry on top???!!!! =0)

  10. I just got into stamping a few years ago when I was introduced to Close to My Heart stamps, so they are really easy to store because they are packaged flat...I keep them in their square storage containers...although I love some of the ideas on here...especially the clipping on a shoe rack. :)

    Cheers,
