Hi There...
It's ME again! Wow two post in one day. Well I figure I owe it to myself and YOU for visiting my blog when you do. I have another card for your viewing pleasure. This one is a not so CAS, but it was easy to put together. No Cricut Required...eeek! I promise I will get back to my cricut soon. I have so many scrap cuts left over from previous projects I might just see what I can make from them...he-he-he. I Really, Really Love this Card. This window card came together once I saw the paper I wanted to use and the perfect stamp in my stash caught my eye. Thinking about it now. I wish I had this card made during my anniversary to give to my husband. It's perfect for us. Anyhew, I used some of my favorite papers from DCWV and Stampin' UP to make this one. The embossed sentiment comes from SSS - "For the Record" stamp set. SSS is my new obsession at the moment. I'm so glad I joined their SSS Kit of the Month Club. The goodies in there are Soooo Fabulous! If you haven't had the crafty pleasure I suggest you try it out for 2-3 months. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
Craft Recipe:
Papers: DCWV (Orchard Stack), Stampin' UP (Pretty in Pink), Stash
Sentiment: Simon Says Stamp (For the Record), Studio G (Love Birds in Cage)
Tools: EK Success Circle Punch,
Embellies: Stickles, Stampin' Up Ribbon (Pretty in Pink)
This card will be entered into the following challenges:
Red Carpet Studio - "The Birds" (Create a card or project featuring a Bird)
My Craft Spot - "Emboss It!" (Heat, Dry,...etc)
3 Girl Jam - "Anything Goes w/Ribbon"
D.L. Art - "Anything Goes"

Falling for You...
Hello My Friends,
I'm here with cards that I love to do more than anything and that's CAS (clean and simple). These are always so quick to whip up especially when you find that your stash is completely out. No cutting mat, no adhering pieces, no cartridges...etc. I find myself creating these a lot more. Don't get me wrong, I Love My Cricut, but sometimes moving things around in my craft area just to get a few cuts can be a challenge; especially in my little area. Let's face it, for me, my craft area could really use some Maid Service...LOL! However if I had to pay someone to clean it I wouldn't have any funds for my hoarding craft addiction...LOL! I digress. Here is my card that I made using some left over hearts from this new EK Success punch I found at JoAnn's on sale (+plus my addt'l coupon). I sprinkled a few on the card and let them fall where they may, then I went back and glued them down one by one. The card still needed some jazzing up so I added some designs (polka dots, stickles, stripes) on the hearts. Then I went back and topped them off with glossy accents. The sentiment comes for SSS-Kelly Purkey "Autumn" stamp set. I added some embossing lines at the bottom of the card and Voila! A "Falling For YOU" card emerged. Hope you like it too.
I am entering this into the following challenges:
CAS-ual Fridays - "Put your Heart into It!" Create a CAS project with a Heart.
A Blog Named HERO - "Clean Up Your Act". Create a CAS card or project.
D.L. Art - "Anything Goes" - "Anything Goes" Thankful Thursday

Crazy About You...
Hellooo....
Well I couldn't resist coming back and doing one more card. I think I'm getting the hang of this washi tape a little. I like the effect is had on my cards. I kept this one Clean and Simple too, but I still think it came out great. The sentiment is from the New Stamp set "For the Record" from SSS, this set is one of the many that were designed by Kristina Werner...(A Fabulous Card Maker/Crafter). Love Her!
Anywho here my quick and cute card. Have a Fabulous Scrapping Day!
I am submitting this card for the following challenges:
Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember Challenge - Put a STAMP on It!...showcasing your washi tape.

Hi My Friends,
I'm here to pop in with a quick clean and simple card I made. I used my Simon Says Stamp Kit from August? Did I mention how much I just LOVE their kits. It's packed with everything I can use, right from the box to make the perfect card or craft. If you haven't joined, I urge you to give it some serious thought. Here is the card I made...

I used the washi tape from the SSS kit as well as the sentiment and heart. I went around the card and dry embossed 1/4" lines to give it the outlined pattern. It looked to plain leaving the embossed lines white (at least my step-daughter thought so), so she suggested I trace inside the embossed lines with a black gel pen. This certainly made the card pop. I love that washi tape with the sentiment; it went perfect with the stamped sentiment from the Absolutely Delightful stamp set from SSS. This card will be for the following challenges:
Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember Challenge - Put a STAMP on It!...showcasing your washi tape.
CAS-ual Fridays - Embossing...create a card with Heat and/or Dry Embossing.

Cards & Note Card Set Pt. 1 of 3
Hi My Friends,
Well last night I delivered my "Care & Comfort Goodie Package" to my girlfriend. I didn't want to show too much here because I'm not sure how often she checks my blog. Luckily she hadn't seen it in a while (gotta get on her about that). Well... She Absolutely Loved, Loved, Loved IT!!! Forgive me, I didn't think to get pictures of the other stuff I put in here (shame on me) but I can share that there were some food comfort goodies (granola trial mix, V8 energy drink, sutter home, pre-sliced ready to eat fruit bowl...etc). She dug in right away. She LOVED all the cards so much, she wasn't sure if she might be able to give them away. I told her, I can always make more so feel free to share. She's a crafty person herself so I had to make sure (putting pressure on myself) that this package was crafted to the "T" or "C", whichever ...here is a glimpse of the paper crafts loaded in with her goodies along with the post from yesterday. (**Note: In an effort to post these multiple times in same challenge, I had to split up the posts, but hopefully when reading it will all flow together.)
I am really loving the latest release of dies & stamp sets from My Creative time. I used the 3x3 Tri-Fold Die and the 3x3 Envelope dies for this set. Paired it up with some DCWV paper, PTI buttons, Twine a little embossing and bling and it became quite a Notable Gift Set. This set will be entered in the Simon Says Stamp Challenge - "Anything Goes", Craft Your Passion - "Emboss It", The Pink Elephant - "Sympathy/Thinking of You".

This other card was also created using items in my stash where I'm trying to get the most bang out of what I already have. The stars and sentiment are from the latest Simon Says Stamp of the Month Kit for September. I'm so glad I joined. The items in their kits are all very useful and Awesome. It the perfect variety and portion. My little one looks forward to the mini lollipop that's always tucked inside the packages. I think that is so cute. This card will also be used in the Simon Says Stamp Challenge - "Anything Goes", Anything Goes - Make Your Own Background, Craft Your Passion - "Emboss It".

Owl Always Love You...
Hello Friends,
I'm Baaaack! well sort of any way. I'm still organizing and trying to scrap in between (still haven't learned my lesson). My family and I along with other S. Floridians really dodged a bullet this time with the onset of Hurricane Issac. We did endure a lot of rain showers but thankfully no power outages. I've been working on some projects here and there and I decided to post this one as I thought it was so Darn Cute!...lol
It was very simple and easy to make and I scrapped using Washi Tape for the first time. I have a few other rolls, but the verdict is still out on my full review yet. The stuff rips too easily for me...or maybe I don't know my own strength (lol). Here's my card...
During the photo shoot, I thought it was still missing something so I regrouped my thoughts and Voila! Now it has that perfect touch I was looking for. I haven't been keeping up with the latest challenges out there but I did find these few that my card would fit for. If you find any others, let me know so that I can update my post the same day.
CAS-ual Fridays - Banners and Flags
Paper Playtime - Polka Dots + a Sentiment
Krafty Girls - Anything Goes
Craft Supplies:
Paper: MS Design Paper, Recollections
Tools: MCT Banner Dies, White Gel Pen, Studio G Stamp(s), Alpha Stamps, Corner Punch

Oh Happy Day...
Hey There My Friends,
Thanks for coming back again today. If this is your first time here...Welcome, Welcome, Welcome! I hope you visit more often. I'm here with another card that kept me up waaaay past my bedtime last night, but I was determined to get this technique down and I wanted to try out this new product.
My project for today will be entered into the following challenges:
Hero Arts, A Blog Named Hero - "Inspired by Hero Arts Artist"
CAS-ual Fridays - "Back in Black"
Brown Sugar Challenge - "Black & White with a Splash of Color"
This design of mine was inspired by none other than the Ah-Mazingly Ubber-Ubber Talented... Jennifer McGuire of Jennifer McGurie Ink, who is a Hero Arts' Design Artist. Here is the link from which I drew my inspiration - "How -To Video: Thin Glitter Die Cuts". This lady is Awesome and she just had a baby and still has time to craft and teach online card classes. You're my Hero Arts SHe-ro Jennifer. Anyhew, I had to watch the video over and over until I felt I was finally ready to try it. The "Oh Happy Day" is a new die-line from Simon Says Stamp with the script writing done by Kristina Werner (another Fantabulously Talented Lady). The black background was done with the Market Street Stamps' - Argyle background stamp which I clear embossed. I also added a little Hero Arts touch with the "Everyday Sentiments" stamp set using the (XOXO). I added the hearts using Stampin' Up's Heart-to-Heart punch, used my Martha Stewart's, Crystal Fine glitter (it's about time I had a use for it...lol) and colored of the letters with my Bic Sharpie markers for my splash of color. Next time I'll have to try a craft like this during the early hours of the day. I made it to work somehow, but could barely keep my eyes open or focused. Until next time, scrap you later...zzzzZZZ! (lol)

Just My Cup of TEA...
Yes, it's me again. I can't tell you all how glad I am to be crafting again. It's made things for me a lot easier to handle and gives me time to really think out things as I'm crafting. I here today to submit t his card for two challenges:
Here is my card and take on these two challenges. All paper is Papertrey Ink (PTI) except for the white and background layer. The pattern paper and sentiment are from Simon Says Stamp (SSS) July Stamp Kit. The image is from Market Street Stamps (MSS) - "Enjoy Today" which was stamped with Simply Chartreuse ink from PTI. I did the some custom scoring on the layers of the card. and a heart for some dimension and added a touch of stickles for some bling.
I think I'll be making a few more of these in different variations. I love how this came out. Until next time; Scrap you later...
